Bulk actions and CSV import
Available on the Pro, Agency and Provider plansUpdated October 2026
Migrating a whole server, or tidying up after one? Change dozens of links in one go, or create hundreds of previews from a spreadsheet instead of typing them one by one.

Bulk actions
On the Links page, tick the links you want (or Select all on this page). A bar appears at the bottom with the actions below. Bulk actions are available on every plan to members, admins and the owner, up to 500 links at a time.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Disable | Switches the links off right away. |
| Enable | Switches them back on. |
| Extend | Adds a number of days to each link’s expiry (counted from today for links that already expired). Links without an expiry are skipped. |
| Move | Puts the links into a space, or takes them out of their space (Unsorted). See Spaces. |
| Delete | Deletes the links. Members can delete only links they created; admins can delete any. |
Links that cannot be changed are skipped and listed with the reason, for example an extension past the workspace’s maximum link lifetime. Each bulk action is one entry in the activity log.
Import links from CSV
Available on the Pro, Agency and Provider plans Click Import CSV on the Links page. Nothing is created until you confirm.
Choose a CSV file
UTF-8, up to 5 MB. Download the CSV template in the dialog for a starting point.
Review the check
Every row is validated first: how many are Ready, how many have errors (with the line number and reason), and your plan’s limit. Rows with errors are skipped; fix them in the file and import it again later.
Confirm
The valid rows are created in the background. Keep the dialog open to follow the progress, or close it and come back: the links appear on the Links page as they are created. The summary lists any row that failed at this stage, for example because its alias was taken in the meantime.
CSV format
The first line is a header naming the columns, in any order and in any letter case. Only domain and ip are required; leave the other cells empty or leave the columns out. Unknown or repeated column names reject the whole file. Standard CSV quoting works, and blank lines are ignored.
| Column | Required | Rule |
|---|---|---|
domain | Yes | The site’s domain, e.g. shop.example.com. |
ip | Yes | Public IP address of the new server. Private and reserved addresses are refused. |
http_port | No | 1–65535. Default 80. |
https_port | No | 1–65535. Default 443. |
ssl_mode | No | auto, skip, verify or off (HTTP only). Default auto. |
alias | No | 3–50 lowercase letters, digits or dashes. Must be free and unique in the file; generated when empty. |
password | No | Up to 128 characters. Empty = no password. |
expires_at | No | YYYY-MM-DD (midnight UTC) or a full ISO 8601 date-time, in the future. Empty = the workspace default or the plan rule. |
space | No | Name of an existing space (case-insensitive) or its ID. Empty = no space. |
