Client comments and launch approval
Available on the Agency and Provider plansUpdated September 2026
Sending a client a preview link is easy. Collecting their feedback from emails and screenshots is not. With client comments turned on, the preview itself becomes the review tool: clients pin comments to the exact spot they mean and approve the launch when they are happy. They don’t need an account.
On this page
Turn comments on for a link
Open the link settings and switch on Client comments. From then on, a Comments button appears in the corner of every page of that preview. Switch it off again and the button disappears.
Client comments are part of the Agency and Provider plans.
How your client leaves feedback
Open the preview and click Comments
The panel lists the open comments on the current page.
Click “Add comment”, then click the spot
The comment is pinned to that element and shows as a numbered marker. Choose Whole page for general feedback instead.
Write the comment and post it
A name is required, an email address is optional, and a comment can be up to 2,000 characters.
Approve the launch
When everything looks right, the client clicks Approve launch, enters a name and, optionally, an email and a note.
Follow up in the dashboard
- Emails: you get an email when a new comment arrives (at most one every 10 minutes per link, so a busy review does not flood your inbox) and when the launch is approved.
- Comments page: see every comment with its page, resolve it when it is done (resolved comments disappear from the preview), reopen or delete it.
- Approvals: the link settings show whether the launch has been approved, and by whom.
