Languages of the site, dashboard and emails

Updated October 2026

DNSPeek is available in eight languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, Polish, French and Brazilian Portuguese. This page explains which parts of DNSPeek are translated, how your language is chosen and how to change it.

On this page

What is translated

  • The website: the home page, pricing, guides, free tools, comparison pages and the other public pages.
  • The dashboard: links, spaces, QA and compare screens, billing, settings, team pages and notifications.
  • Emails and notifications: they arrive in the language of your account.
  • What visitors see: the visitor notice and the error pages of a preview open in the language of the visitor’s browser, so a client in Warsaw sees Polish even if you work in English.

English is the default. A text that is not translated yet is shown in English instead of an empty space.

How your language is chosen

  1. On your first visit, DNSPeek reads the language of your browser and opens the site in it when it is one of the eight. Any other language gets English.
  2. The language switcher in the header and the footer changes the language of the public pages at any time. DNSPeek remembers your choice in this browser.
  3. Your account setting is the one that counts once you are signed in. Open Settings → Profile and pick a language under Language. It applies to the dashboard on every device and to the emails and notifications we send you.

Pages in a language other than English have the language in the address, for example /uk/pricing or /pt-br/pricing. English pages have no prefix.

What stays in English

  • The admin console used by the DNSPeek team is available in English and Ukrainian only.
  • These customer docs are in English for now.
  • Legal texts: the terms, the privacy policy, the acceptable use policy and the refund policy have a translation where one is available, with a notice at the top. If a translation and the English text ever differ, the English text prevails.
  • QA report findings are written in English, so a report reads the same for everyone you share it with.
